I have just had a new hub installed (virgin media) and i have put the Ethernet cable in the back of the hub and it will not work. I have had it this way in the previous router for 2/3 years and it just suddenly wont work. Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a user error. But try and unplug wait 10+ secs and then plug in again.

Tried this and still doesnt work. It wont connect wireless or through the cable.

Try unplugging or turning off every device that's connected to your network. After that unplug your router and wait around 30 seconds. Plug your router back in and turn your devices back on. Hopefully this helps!

I had a router that worked for years and then suddenly it stopped working and I couldn't connect to anything maybe thats it?
