I was playing and then I the game kicked me out to the main menu so I went back to multiplayer and came up with an Error with some numbers after and UI or IU. I tried again and said BO2 is not available at this time. Then it let me on and said that my account has been corrupted. I was a level 55 2nd prestige and now I am 2nd prestige level 50. I lost everything that I did those 5 levels. I know it's not that big of a deal but why did it happen?

Did you Use the Class editor Glitch? Or the prestige glitch? That may be one of your problems...

I have not done a single glitch nor boosted. It's strange

the same thing just happened to me and i have not glitched or boosted either. i was 1st prestige 7 and now im level 1 no prestige. When i logged on again i was back at 1st prestige 7 and then when i joined a game it set me back to level 1. Why is this happening?

I think that you boosted or glitch. I was only set back 5 levels because of a corrupted profile. You were reset all the way. No one likes liars.
