I had the same problem, un-install and re-install thats what I did and it worked

I thought about that, but when I click on the Uninstall Chrome program, it says to close all Chrome windows first, and they are closed.

Restart you computer, and then try to un-install.

Restarted>Origin has automatic update>Spotify opens like it does always>Start menu>Search>Uninstall Chrome>Open>"Please close all Chrome windows first. That's what happened.

Such as chrome.exe*32?

Go into Task Manager and kill all Google Chrome processes.

Yes, anything similar to that as well.

Okay, killed the process, successfully uninstalled Chrome. Going to re-install it now.
