As everyone is saying let her know how you feel face to face, try and get her to realize that the guy is a bad boyfriend, prove to her how you will be a better choice

I know...I just don't want to make my friend mad. Terrible situation.

Ive actually been in the exact same situation, my friend really was a bad boyfriend though, so I told her the truth, she didnt really believe it though, so she told my friend, and I pretty much lost the girl and my friend. She finally realized I wasnt lying, and we talk to her a little bit now, but we dont share the same connection at all anymore for some reason. Id suggest keeping your mouth shut and wait for things to fall apart on there own. It will happen eventually, you just need to be patient. Dont risk loosing a friend, and the girl you like.
