I was wondering if any of you guys have any tips for me.
I am a Football player, and i am a starter.
I am a Basketball Player and a 6 Man (I am the first person to Ever get subbed in)
I want my stomach fat gone.
Not nessisairaly a 6 pack, 4 pack, ect... but flat.
A flat stomach.
Plus, everyday before doing exercises, basketball, ect i drink Muscle Milk..
It has lots of proteins and vitamins..
If i keep using this, will it help me work out?
Thanks!

Everyone has abs. Do about 50-100 (not consistent) sit ups a day for about a week, and you'll find your abs.

These things listed only work if you actually work out to the utmost of your ability! Meaning you don't give up and basically kill yourself working out! Hope this helped bud!
Reading some of these replies makes me think I am the only one that seriously lifts for the fun of it anymore. There are many supplements out there that you can take before and after a workout. The supplements also depend on what form of workout that you do be it cardiovascular, Cross Fit, weight lift with abs, just abs (if your a **** and only care about abs than I feel bad for you, sorry). There are many more forms of lifting and exercises that I don't know off the top of my head. What I do is what my lifting trainer tells me to, then I take what he recommends for supplements. Before a work out or lift I take what is called "C4" or "1MR (One More Rep)", these are both powders that you mix with your water and drink before a workout for your pre workout seeing as they are dietary supplements. As for post workout I take a mix of "Creatine (Powder form), Protein (Whey+ *Isolate)" and "Carbo Gain" which is a healthier form of carbs that don't come from sugars or anything like that. The carbs is for after you workout your body needs them heal and perform the tasks that it needs to perform that way it does more + things than -. The carbs also when mixed with the the above powders will maximize the results you see faster than without. I have been taking the whey protein (not Isolate) and creatine for about two years and I've always thought that it wasn't working, but now that I through the carbo gain in and blend it all with 8-10 oz of water, after only three weeks I have noticed significant muscle growth and ability to work out harder than I was in the past.
*Isolate is a more pure form of whey protien
website where I order all of my supplements and everything, with a gold card you save a lot of money!
