Its mostly the commendation part of the modding. The more mods you add on the more risk you have on being banned. Hope that cleared it up for you.

I would say modding 10,000 xp a day is safe. Anything more will get you banned. There is still a risk modding any xp but you should be ok.

Well it depends if your a rank 2 with Wetwork armor, you will be banned. And more then likely you wont be banned if you modded 1 pre order armor set.
