An iPod 2nd generation is on eBay is going for 75

If its Manafacturer Refurbished will it be a good quality?

I bought a refurbished 2g iPod from apple and it worked for a good 2 years then it broke. Mind you I treated it like crap, so it could of lasted a lot longer.

The term 'Manafacturer Refurbished' means that defective or damaged parts will be replaced, then the item will normally be sold cheaper. Also, all refurbished items that Retailers sell come/should come with warranty, from the fix they have just received. Note that an item being classed as "refurbished" does not mean it's second hand or used, they can be new.

I would say it's safe to buy, and it should or will be good quality, hope this helps.

it should be okay, but, make sure on the listing it says that you can return it to the seller. Just incase.
