I mean it doesn't make the gun any better, so it's more of just how much you want to show off.

Not going to lie, the more I look at it the more I dislike it. It's all about personal preference. Since it is relatively easy to get gold on guns just switch guns after getting gold but you don't have to knock, say, all the SMGs in a row. Take your time and do a variety of gun classes so you have a few in each class by the time you reach master prestige...then go tryhard for diamond lol
