title says it all. do i just call 1800 4 my xbox or do i call someone else and what do i say cuz its the 3rd and i still havnt got my codes n i have all the requirements. will rep 10 for answer

did you set the option where Microsoft partners can send you emails. Cause if its off you won't get the code

I just called and they took my gamertag and email and said they would send it to 343 for review. Basically you can't get it over the phone if that's what you are wondering.
