i have a clan with lvl 1, if i up lvl to 10 i can get gold clantag?

There is no way to level up your clan right now.
If you had a MW3 clan at level 10 then you could use the gold clan tag.

Yes, if your clan gets to level 10 you do get the gold clan tag. Or if you get your clan to level 50 on MW3 you will get the gold clan tag for Black Ops as well... Hope this helped.
