i dont think he does no more due to Ps3 console banning ps3 as the same with me, people host them but they get banned withing hosting a few games.

Not necessarily i know someone who has been hosting since the eboot has come out and still hasn't gotten console banned yet.

yes there are a few has he spoofed his up to 9.99 or hidden ps3 ip there are still ways for ps3 to catch us out its just harder.
