Haven't got mine either, They said they will have all of them sent out by tomorrow. I am pretty disappointed in them right now.

There has been an update (once again) that if you did not receive a code by the 5th then contact xbox support they will get you one. I too am waiting on mine it is nothing to worry about just keep checking your e-mail(s) time to time and be patient.
