Hi I am looking to buy a graphics card for the PC I am going to upgrade, I want it to connect to 2 monitors via VGA cables and for it to be a decent quality for PC gaming.

For starters, asking for advice on a video card does not belong in a section where it's titled show us your computer.
Second of all, you give no information. Budget, current specifications, games, etc.
Thirdly, why are you still using VGA cables that don't use a digital signal? Also, getting a new video card won't improve visual quality - that has everything to do with your monitor.

most new cards the support dual display that will play games well tend to use HDMI/DVI insted of VGA you could always get a DVI to VGA adapter but if you are still using vga monitors and gonna get a good card like a 7870 for example i would extremely recommend updating to DVI or HDMI monitors
