Also, you said that you were banned for accessing Xbox LIVE from a hardware modified console but never showed proof this was a false statement by Microsoft. You were most likely banned for a perfectly good reason. No one has spent over 5000 pound OR dollars(or whatever currency you use) on a single Xbox LIVE account. If you had spent over 5000 on it then you would not be harassing employee's like this and would actually be having a mature conversation with an employee over the phone or on LIVE support, IF you had any sense. You obviously did break the rules if you've been banned and harassment is also a very serious act which will have very serious consequences for you so I'd advise you stop harassing Microsoft employee's and wise up.

(Excuse my grammar, but I hate going back through and fixing it) I have in fact given them valid proof, I would show you the conversations and video but there's to much of my personal info involved. Also I know many people that have spent around the same amount on xbox as I have and its honestly not that hard to do if you don't play just one game, and I wasn't talking about a single account, I was talking about everything involved with my xbox . Obviously you don't know how the enforcement team works, there are no conversations on the phone, they do not allow people to call them because they would get phone calls all day every day about bans, and this is part of the reason I am harassing them,I would like to speak with an enforcement team member over the phone, trust me. I will say my conversations with ms are professional and I do not show them disrespect, but in all honesty this is what you end up having to do when xbox gives you no other choices or options for when something like this happens. Also if your just going to flame the thread don't say anything at all.

Your topic title is "O dang I made xbox enforcement mad xD" as if it is hilarious that you're annoying them. If this is hat you call respect, I'd hate to see how you treat people in real life. Harassing is definitely not the way to go about this because they will just completely block you and you will never be able to reverse this ban but since you claimed you had a Jtag and lied that you never had a modified console then you deserve to be banned.

I have my retail for legit game play, I keep my retail clean free of anything that goes against their TOS and COC. My jatag and retail don't even use the same connection even so my console was banned before that post was even made or before any recent modding.
Trust me I would of consider my tag to be the issue if it wasn't for that fact.
Its been about 8 months since my retail was banned, and at this time I had not been modding because my tag was broken. Thus not really harassing ms I sent them a message once a month.

Like I said you made a post before this stating that you had a Jtag which means that when this was posted you had an illegally modified console and lied about it so no one actually knows what else you're lying about. You probably tried to connect to Xbox LIVE with your Jtag. Even if you never, you were banned for Hardware modifications and then you went and bought a console with Hardware modifications? That just doesn't seem to make sense!

Like I said you made a post before this stating that you had a Jtag which means that when this was posted you had an illegally modified console and lied about it so no one actually knows what else you're lying about. That just doesn't seem to make sense!

I never lied about anything, I never included that I had a jatag because it was irrelevant to the ban. Also jtags aren't illegal, yes they do how ever break ms's policy but they do not break any law .I would honestly rather not argue about this, so agree to disagree ?
