So you've never broken Microsoft's terms of conditions? Never modded a game or hacked? Never modified a console? No. You've never claimed to host a challenge lobby online on a modified console? That's a blatant lie.

Proof that you claimed to be able to host a challenge lobby online is above. You also claimed you had a "tag" which as an illegally modified console. Jtagging a console requires a hardware modification that you said you never had. This is why you were banned and NOT falsely accused by Microsoft.

2 total different consoles man,
I have my retail for legit game play, I keep my retail clean free of anything that goes against their TOS and COC. My jatag and retail don't even use the same connection even so my console was banned before that post was even made or before any recent modding.
Trust me I would of consider my tag to be the issue if it wasn't for that fact.
Its been about 8 months since my retail was banned, and at this time I had not been modding because my tag was broken. Thus not really harassing ms I sent them a message once a month.

I bet you totally didn't infect your retail console with mods for a call of duty game.

I actually never have I see it pointless to when mods are better on a jtag,

Funny thing is that you are lying. Xbox would not call you, XBLPET has NO relations with Xbox Support also if you messaged them again they would block your email that way you cant reach them. Stop trying to lie.

I know you're somewhat of an expert on this but for once you're wrong in some points.

I had my console banned and complained on the forums as well, it ended with a phone call from Microsoft.

Email I received from a Kris Bauer at Xbox:

"I am contacting you from the Microsoft Corporate Office to let you know that I am currently researching your account ban and I will contact you when I have more information. I am in communication with the enforcement team and I will get back with you as soon as I can. Thank you."

Hmmm, coincidence, that Unauthorized Access investigations take 3 days? Perhaps the ban was reversed because it was determined the actions that caused the ban, were done by the person who compromised his account?
