i downloaded the playable character pack dlc and put it in the right spot on my rgh and i know its there, because i have all 58 achievements available and i just put TU2 which is the latest one, and still no luck. xm360 says the pack is there and is unlocked, but on the game the characters are locked in red or blue and if i click on them it says and xbox live membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature. Can anyone help?
