So you've never broken Microsoft's terms of conditions? Never modded a game or hacked? Never modified a console? No. You've never claimed to host a challenge lobby online on a modified console? That's a blatant lie.

Proof that you claimed to be able to host a challenge lobby online is above. You also claimed you had a "tag" which as an illegally modified console. Jtagging a console requires a hardware modification that you said you never had. This is why you were banned and NOT falsely accused by Microsoft.

I have my retail for legit game play, I keep my retail clean free of anything that goes against their TOS and COC. My jatag and retail don't even use the same connection even so my console was banned before that post was even made or before any recent modding.
Trust me I would of consider my tag to be the issue if it wasn't for that fact.
Its been about 8 months since my retail was banned, and at this time I had not been modding because my tag was broken. Thus not really harassing ms I sent them a message once a month.

I bet you totally didn't infect your retail console with mods for a call of duty game.

see i could see what hes saying in a way because ive never infected my self with my jtag. i only play emulators and test mods on it then again i don't really play call of duty

It's not cool to argue with the enforcement team.

i really do believe you because about 2 days ago i went on my xbox after not being on for about a month and i was freaking out because my xbox was console banned and i didnt do anything at all, i wasnt even on xbox or xbox live so why would they have banned me for no apparent reason im going to call them and email them because i payed good money to get my xbox and what do they do they ban me, so yea if you know why microsoft is banning peoples console for no reason i would really like to know...
