Okay.
So i had RGLoader or what ever on it and i tried flashing it back to the original jtag nand. Not the xbox standard but the whatever. I'm not very experienced and i have a hard time understanding what some of this stuff means. So how would i flash a bad nand on an rgh console? I don't have the money to send it in for a repair.
And i will rep you for at least trying to help me.

You have a bad nand. either you have stopped your console while flashing or you have written to a bad nand image. I would suggest taking this back to where you got it and ask if they could re flash your nand. There is not much you can do without a soldering iron and a nand flasher :/
