I was permanent banned fromm XBL due to my GT. From reading the sticky I should have only gotten a 24 hour suspension and a 48 hour communication suspension. My Gamertag you ask?
Fairly racist but should have only gotten a time ban warning because my brother did as a prank on me. My gamertag is AxWILDxNIIGERR
Some of you may have seen me, most or almost all have not. Every person laughed at it on Xbox. The reason it was banned was because of 2 people that I go to school with. They spam complained my Gamertag as a joke and now I got permanent banned. What should I do? I am very, very stressed out by this as I have many season passes for games that I have spent $40-60 on for each of them including Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. I cannot think straight right now and I really need some sort of answer as to what I should do. Any HELPFUL reply with be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I have never Modded online and/or offline. I have gotten infected mods from Call of Duty 4/5 lobbies that were hacked, but I leave them and restart my Xbox because I have seen many people on Youtube get banned from those.

EDIT: My gamertag is ****. It's short for Nigerian. IF Thats offensive then I'm done with this world

I re-edited my post to show what NIIGERR stands for. I made a person on NHL 13 with the name Jammal ****. **** being short for Nigerian to state where he came from. I would have appreciated a warning for what my gamertag was going to be banned for, before a straight permanent ban. I don't think they are allowed to do that. I have nothing against black people and I have a few really good friends that are from the African American culture. I find that they are the funniest people I know.

Please help guys. It's about 4:00 am and I can't get to sleep due to anxiety and stress cause of this. I have been up since 7:00 am and I was not feeling good. I have never been this stressed in my life.

Just got off the phone will XBL and they said there was nothing they could do over the phone. I have been robbed by a huge company.

If you're expecting to get unbanned, you won't be. My 6 year account got 9999 banned for having "My mommies basement" in my location.
I was originally banned for 2 weeks for that but about an hour or so after I posted on the forums asking why I was banned I got 9999'd for account theft when it's been my acc since creation. Just move on with it and create a new account. I had almost $10k USD in DLC and add-ons on that account too.
