So me and a friend started downloading Nuketown Zombies, we both have the season pass, and when it got to 99% for both of us it said "Can't download Nuketown Zombies"
We both have enough space on out hard drives and we are downloading when we are on the dashboard so we don't see an issue.

Is there a way around this?

Nuketown Zombies was released for Season Pass Holders?

I haven't the faintest idea as to how to help you, but maybe it has something to do with the store, maybe?

i have spoken with xbox support and they told me that it isnt out till tomorrow and it will allow you to download it then
