So let's say theoretically, I wanted to get free games on my JTAG/RGH, and theoretically, I didn't want to get caught by authorities. Theoretically, is this possible? I know about xbox360iso and all that, but the program they use that downloads all the parts doesn't work for me. Theoretically, I'd much rather use something like thepiratebay/torrenting. What are the odds that I would get in trouble for such activity? (Theoretically, of course)

Theoretically if you were to use torrents, it would be smart to set the upload speed to 1 kb/s. This way you would technically only be downloading it without seeding. Also removing the torrent once the download has completed would also be smart. And although the chances of getting in trouble are slim, there is always a chance.
Just be smart about it.
