okay so i got into a cod 4 infection/modded lobby and after i was infected i went to private match and fooled around with it and idk what i clicked but the game just ended and it took my infections away now every time i get into a lobby it doesn'tlet me start the game and idk what to do can you fix this?!?!?!?!

Simple solution; restart Xbox.

Dashboard/erase CoD 4 updates.
