you cant do it unless you link a Credit card to it, or link your bank account.
I wouldnt trust random people you find on ttg with that type of stuff, because if they were to get your PW somehow, they could clean you out

Actually, there is a method through etrades as to where you can verify your paypal, that's what I did. You can just look up a video on YouTube if you don't feel safe with someone with your info.
