No you can't get gold camo or diamond if your going for it through combat training.

Whilst playing boot camp games modes, you are unable to complete challenges, therefore you are unable to unlock camouflages for your weapons.

Kony wrote not bootcamp :L objectiveyou can only earn weapon and normal xp at half the normal rate anything else can't be unlocked on boot camp or objective.
