PHD Flopper does not "have" to be in the game. My friend has over 2k+ grenade kills and he has flopper.

for anyone who says that they have anything other than perma quick revive, deadshot, or steel barricades how about posting proof in the form of a vid?

unless of course ur full of it, and in that case you really need to get a life and stop with all the want for attention by posting fake crap.

There is no permaperks other than quick revive and the shit version of deadshot and there is a bad version of PhD as well and the metal boards go away if u don't get at least ten full rebuilds a game they go away which is shit As well and as far as them being permanent even quick revive goes away after awhile for some dumb reasob

So... PERMANENT dead shot and quick revive?

I've done Deadshot 3 times now and yes, each time the green mist has come up and it worked. Each time I died it just went away like I never got it.

Same with quick revive, did that once and it worked for like 3 games until I just suddenly lost it.

All of this was online.
