I don't believe I uninstalled the drivers, and if I did I don't know what they were called.

in the windows search bar type in device manager or right click my computer and select manage, you will be taken to a window like this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

if you see any yellow flags next to a device right click and hit update driver or scan for hardware changes if that does not work you can go to the manufacture of the device's website which can be found by google if needed and download the updated drivers if windows is unable to find them.
