With High level account, Press A On Xbox Live
With the lower level account, sign in .
With the lower level account, SIGN OUT (Don't Press A to join the lobby)
With the player 2 controller, press A to sign in
With the high level account, press B to sign out
With the player 2 controller, sign into the high level account
With the player 1 controller, sign into the lower level account
- You should now be at the Multiplayer menu.
With the high level account [Player 2 controller], Press A On 'Xbox Live'
With the lower level account (Player 1 controller), Press A to join the Lobby
With the lower level account, then sign out straight away
With the lower level account, press A to sign back in
With the higher level account, (Player 2 controller) press B to sign out
Now just switch the High Level account back to Controller 1, And the Low level account back to Controller 2.
Press Start and the low level account (Player 2 controller) will glitch out and be the same level as the high level account
With the glitching account (Player 2 controller), go back to the Multiplayer Menu, then back to Campaign
With the glitched account, press Start and go to Xbox Live
You will now see that the old lower level account is now the same level as the higher level account

This is how to make the rank stick:

Once you have done the glitch and both the account's are the same level in the lobby,
Press B On your main controller (High level account) and you should have the (OLD Low level account) in a lobby on it's own.

Find a public game, Kill yourself and then leave the game. Now you should have a death added to your K/D and you can be on your way.

so when im about to start the glitch should my account that i want the high level on be signed in as first player or second player

Its easy.

Log in on Controller 1 with the Account that has the stats you want to transfer to another account.
Go into the Multiplayer menu. (where you can connect a 2nd controller)
Turn your seconde controller on so you can assign a seconde player to your lobby by pressing A.
Press A on your seconde (we will be calling it Controller 2) Controller.
A window will pop up, which lets you choose the guest for COntroller 2.
In the window: On the left side -> Your "dummy" account (the one with the stats) . On Controller 2 -> choose Account 2(the one to transfer the stats to).
After loading the Profile on Controller 2 the window will close and 2 players will be assigned to your party.
Now take Controller 2 and press the guide button. When the menu pops up, press X and sign Profile 2 (controller 2 ) out.
When controller 2 is signed out, close the window by pressing the guide button again.
Now only player (controller 1) will be in your party.
What you want to do now is press A on Controller 2.
The Profile window will pop up .
Now you will have to press B on your first controller (the one with the dummy account on). You will now be able to choose another profile on the left side, which is controller 1.
Choose Profile 2 (Controller 2, the acc you want the stats on, on the left side.
On the right side you will choose the account the stats are on.
Log both in. You just swapped the slots of the accounts.
After logging in the window will close and it will boot you into the Multiplayer undermenu, saying : Your profile has been logged out.
Take the controller your 1st Profile (the dummy account) is on, and press A . You will see the MP menu again with only your first account signed in.
Now choose the Transfer-Acc and sign in.
If the players are in your party - press the guide button with the Transferaccount and log it out.
Now your DUmmyaccount is alone in a party.
Press A on the Transferaccount and swap the profiles once again. (the way you did it before)
NOW it will take a few secondes and open the party again.
What you want to do now is wait another seconde - now the Profiles will have the same rank and flicker.
Choose the controller you have the Transferaccount signed in on and press B so you get in the MP undermenu. Press B again and go into Mainmenu "Campagne".
When you are in the Mainmenu open the Multiplayer party again, still with the "Transferaccounts" Controller. You will now see that you have successfully transfered the stats.

To make your new rank stick:

Change a customclass
Play a full online game.
