Could be true, but why is one a blue denim and the other black? Graphics wouldn't change that..

Idk about that because they look like the same quality to me and if your talking about how when the object is far away (like the bus driver or TEDD) that it renders the texture less quality and switchs to the other one, how does Blue & Yellow look like Black & Orange?
Lemme try to rephrase you.
"PC files do not work that why. He found two textures. The one looking like a Bump Map is too low quality so they couldn't just look at the on that isn't in use.
