So I was replaying the campaign and got to the mission "Suffer With Me"and i came to the part right before you break into Noriega's motel room and capture him and i went up the far left staircase of the motel. If you go up the far left staircase and continue towards Noriega's room, you will pass by an open room on the left and if you look inside you will notice a "grim reaper" blood splatter on the wall. In the original Black Ops, Treyarch also put these blood splatters on several walls in campaign missions and zombies maps, the ones in the campaign missions ended up linking to a future zombie maps. The grim reaper marks can also be seen throughout the map Kino Der Toten on the walls, like near the entrance to the ally, next to the fire-trap switch and on Ascension next to the quick revive machine.

So there could quite possibly be a future zombies map of this Motel or perhaps part of the city that you are playing in during the mission Suffer With Me. Just a thought.
