Apparently the sabertooth was a chainsaw cut from one of the games. It could have either been left in there or they are going to release it with a dlc as a new weapon!
I'm assuming the get to the finish line refers to the race mode of zombies which could also be making an appearance in a new dlc along with the other ones mentioned.

The door cost could be like if they bring out a new map there may be something behind the door that's worth paying that much to get to. Like new gun or pack a punch.

Nav card could be a way of buying stuff or getting around the map. HMmmmm

There could be a mode were you have to survive with a chainsaw! That would be pretty cool

anyone have any theories on this "seconds as human:" and "richtofen reviving you in"
is the seconds as human just seconds survived in a certain round or could it be a different game mode where you could be infected and turn into a zombie and the try to attack other players? like a standard infected game mode
