Nope, there is no way to unban it (ATM) unless you get Microsoft.

Try this ring them and make up a lie like , my account was lent to a friend and he was doing stupid stuff when i was not their! Or ___- Make up a rumor that your xbox got stolen and when you got it back the account was banned

Right now their is currently no way of unbanning a account unless, you convince XBLPET to unban it or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and you deserve the ban.
