I think there is a chance that it is true because the `Mountain` which the driver talks about could be where the secret route goes to maybe? But i have been watching NGT and it has a really convincing background story to the mountain so I think there is a secret route!

Seems plausible but the drivers navigating stuff is broke or something and that is why he says you are in weird places. But that's a good idea about the mountain.

I think there is a second part to the easter egg but people can't figure it out yet, maybe it could be part of the easter egg and be a device to fix the navigation on the bus. But it might be abit too far fetched hahaha

Yeh I think it might have to something with the cards you get after the easter egg?

when u leave the tunnel, the driver says something about wrong navigation or something, and u see where the sandbags and car is, that is most likely the second bus route, becuz remember the map doesnt load extra parts until u get their, someone no clipped into pack a punch and it wasnt there, so if u some how get the driver through the barricade after leaving tunnel then it should load the "easter egg map place"

I highly doubt there is any "secret route" in the game at this moment. Yes, It's heavily hinted at, But it most likely won't be implemented until DLC arrives. And while they could hide somesort of area, It's very unlikely that they did.

Treyarch confired there is lots more to the original easter egg and the if a secret buss route.
