The only "secret route" there will ever be is when dlc is released. You could probably take the bus to whatever map is next.

Like the guy above me said, zombie designers at treyarch have confirmed there is more to the easter egg. I've also listened to the ripped audio from the PC version and the driver clearly says "New route loaded". It might not be true, but the evidence supports this hypothesis a great deal..

So what if the second route can be unlocked using these Nav cards, maybe you give them to the bus driver. Maybe there are multiple nav cards but only one is the right one for Bloodhound's (the bus driver) bus. On the text file leak found at Forums/t=4622592/moon-on-black-op...k-too.html there is stuff about incorrect and correct nav cards, and then if what ElLjAmO was saying is correct maybe the next time you go around you go a new route to a new place, which would make sense if after the first DLC release

i think the thing that goes on front of the bus pushes cars out of the way to make a new bus route

To be honest what it seems like the producer is saying is there will be more after the achievement. That's it. He never says that there is more to this specific Easter egg, just more after it. All if this is way too similar to ascension and I think they'll do what the did with the last zombs and have a few dlcs combine into one Easter egg. Basically youll need to have him verify a much more specific question. Trey arch loves having the community search for what isn't there (see discussion about ascension.) he could easily mean that after a dlc is released there could be an addon to this map like a new navcard or something. That one tweet isn't proof enough that this map right now has more steps.
