Alright So here is my specs.

Here is the video card I want:
ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Also, I plan to upgrade to a 500W power supply, hoping thats enough.
I just need to know If I can actually upgrade my video card, because my friend couldn't upgrade his because it wasn't available for it.

a 500watt PSU should be enough i have a 7770 on a 500watt PSU and its fine.

Just make sure there is enough room in the case for it as HP cases arent very good space wise
