you will loose the infeections when u turn off ur 360 but keep all major mods (10th/unlocks/classes/stats etc)

the class titles - 4 guns and 3 perks have been patched if that's what ur asking. but doing unlock all u will get u all the legit gun colours (red/blue tiger, fall etc) and u can setup the classes with the guns and perks u want.
