I had a post sorta similar to this a while back and basically it brought up the fact that everything we see in space is actually in the past. So when you look at a star you are actually seeing the star as it was 2 million something years ago.

lolz. i was actually thinking about this tonight. like, what if you looked at the first galaxy ever created that was created near the beginning of the big bang. well, we say that this galaxy is getting closer to us. but, if its i dont know how many billions of billions of light years away, but if we see things that are determined by light, and since light has a certain speed, then how close is this galaxy actually to us by now?
