Not true, if your in England they abide by the Data Protection Act of 1998, they have to realease information that is tied to you.

Ok ill just say this because im tired of people complaining (not in particular anyone on TTG). when you made your xbox live account you SPECIFICALLY signed (well not signed but agreed to) a contract stating many different things you cannot do and do. And just like any other contract if you break it, there will be consequences. Eg. if you break a contract with a...oh i dont know record company, they have the right to take legal action against you. same goes for the contract you have with microsoft. im not taking sides here, but all im saying is if you modify your xbox (against MS contract YOU agreed to) they have the right to ban you.

WOW you are worse then the idiots at xbox.com. i am not talkign about my ban specificly in this post i am talking about their crap support. Please actually read and under stand what the post is about

It says that they have the right to withhold any information about your ban or console ban. < not a quote just an example

I am considering pc, but i would need a 10x better laptop and it would get boring not talking to some people i have met over the last year or so
