InfinityWardrobe wroteJinx wrote Super Mario is also in my mind.
This is one of the most incoherent arguments for Gods existence I have ever read, or it's late and i'm not understanding what you're insinuating.
Please correct me if i'm wrong, but are you stating that because something exists within your mind it exists within reality?
Super Mario need not be the greatest thing in existence so it doesnt need to hold the quality of existence. By God being the Greatest idea of the universe it must hold the quality of Existence. There are more powerful things than Mario but not more powerful things than God
You also agree that to exist is better than not existing. Because God is all powerful and in order to claim the "title" of the creator of the universe
1) How does me believing that existing is better than not existing make God all powerful?
2) How does something being the greatest thing imaginable make it exist? or hold the quality of existence?
What if I were to make the greatest car ever up in my head and because it is the greatest car ever does that mean that it holds the quality of existence?
No. That makes it a fictional thing that has no place in reality.
I'm either not understanding this argument or my mind has finally been blown.

You're using rhetorical questions to seem like you're correct.
It is CLEAR that evolution is the answer, if you think otherwise, Sure, go for it, But you're an idiot.

You have slightly misunderstood the argument at hand.
The greatest car in the world. If it were to appear in your head then sure it can stay as a thought of your head but God needs to fulfil all parts of life in order to be the creator so if you are an atheist you know that God is the all powerful PERFECT being which you so reject. If he was perfect he would need to have every quality or attribute of life itself and one of those is existence. If God did not exist he wouldn't not be perfect and then there would therefore be a more perfect being with a higher stature than God that did exist and possessed all the qualities of everyone and thing. In order to be "God" you must be idyllic and by being a part of existence you are holding one of the potentially infinite amounts of traits a being can have.

I agree with you I dont see how it is in anyway possible that 13 billion years ago we were all microscopial bacterium that floated around ever changing into the beings we would one day become, humans. If the big bang did happen and all that energy came from an extremely dense amount of particles that contained a vast amount of energy that then exploded creating the universe then i propose two questions.
1. Where did that ball of matter originate from?
2. How is it that our planet, Earth, managed to land itself so perfectly distant from the sun in order to maintain human life? If we were 1000km closer to the sun we would burn up 1000km further away we would freeze. It seems to perfect to be true and seems as though a creator put it there in that location for humans to grow and nurture the way we have.

Evolution makes no since? makes no since when?
Seriously though, "Through the study of simple organisms and the chemistry of living things, we can develop scientific theories about how life on Earth began. The main theory is that living things developed from molecules that could replicate, or copy, themselves, rather like DNA does.
There are two possible origins for these replicating molecules:
they were produced by the conditions on Earth at the time
they came from somewhere else, such as another planet in our Solar System, or further out in space
Over many millions of years these molecules joined with other molecules, becoming gradually more complex and dependent on each other. The process of evolution by natural selection eventually led to all of the different living things that we see on Earth today."

If the creator is such a magical kind wizard then why does the creator make african children starve? why are there wars such as in Israel? Why do i not win the lottery every week?
My "BELIEF" is that your opinion is a load of shite, that's my belief, what i believe in.

hahaha. If you hadn't tried a tomato before you wouldnt be able to know if you liked it or not. Without knowing the definition of God, and by definition, god is the all powerful being of omnipotence and perfection, you wouldnt be able to judge your opinion. So by knowing what God is, you still openly oppose it which is fine im just saying you need to accept that what you dont believe in is an omnipotent being of ultimate perfection. that you cannot deny.

Higuain wrote What a load of ****.You sir are the idiot, if evolution is the answer, what created something for evoution? You were going to say, the big bang theory created everything. But what created the big bang? Something had to create something to create the big bang. There was NOTHING, no gases, molecules, or anything, what could have "sparked" (sparking requires energy and gases which there was none of) the big bang? God. How did god get here? No one but him knows. Something had to create something that would create another thing which later on would cause evolution in the primorial ooze to being evolution. Let me guess, you believe that everything was just here and nothing created it? Impossible. If your gonna ask about that last statement, refer to what I said at the beginning and read it again.

Evolution is a theory that's accepted by most science organazings and schools. Just because you are not educated on the subjuct doesn't mean it makes no sense. If you really want to know the answers to these questions simply google them.
I personally couldn't answer them because I dropped biology for pre-cal last year.
