Obviously you haven't ever had a Lucid Dream. Lucid dreaming is where your physical body shuts down and your conscious mind remains in operation. Your subconcious will start to merge all the memories you've had over the course of the day or even week and mash them together. BUT. Because you have trained yourself to fight the metal sleep you can alter the memory patterns. You can be in a dream but be walking around your house in your sub concious while still actually being in your bed.

People dont JUST lucid dream, i guarantee no-one in this thread has done it. I guarantee it. It takes meditation and conditioning. Its not something you just do. Lucid dreams are also very surreal. So if you were flying, it wasnt a Lucid dream at all.

My most recent one, (2 nights ago) was different and pretty scary.

I can normally control everything.
n this dream I could only control myself. The people in it were scary and I couldn't control them.

It will rarely be scary, but always be prepared for a good scare every time you go to sleep

iLoveZoosk wrote everyone does in their life its natural to lucid dram

i did it just last night!

it was weird though. i had control but i didnt. it felt like everything i was doing was actually going to happen when i woke up. never did but theres still a chance.

I hate those dreams where everything seems like is going to happen, and yet nothing ever does.

ive had 2, my first was while i was on holiday, i became lucid, and kind of teleported out the room ( didnt do it myself) and then lost my lucidity

2nd time i messed around a bit, tried to fly and lost lucidity

im trying tonight, a good method is get a playlist of about 15-20 mins of music, put it on with earphones in and remain completely still and listen to the music, this will keep your mind awake
