When I open the disc tray the disc carries on spinning for a few seconds and it sounds painful for the disc. Help has this happened to anyone else?

and it's only happening to my black ops 2 disc this is a weird problem for it to be happening on only one disc.

Which way is your xbox 360 ?

Vertical or Horizontal ?

try putting it horizontal and see if that fixes the issue.

Used to happen to my GTA 4 disc. It would just happen sporadically, I don't think it hurts the disc that much, I mean it never scratched mine

Try putting your xbox 360 console vertical and see if the issue still occurs.

Also I install all my xbox360 games to my hardrive that way it does not spin as hard

With the game installed, it should't even spin in the first place.
Only logical thing you can do is turn your Xbox the other way.
