Ok so long story short I almost got arrested.
This is how it all started.
In dollar general a dude complained to the cachier that i was touching myself or that my lil brother was touching me or i was touching them.....
She comes and confronts me WITHOUT asking me anything and just says you can't be touch your self here there is little children. I then say excuse me? She says y'all cant be touching each other like that here. I say I dont know what your talking about.
Is there anything I can do about this? Without asking me anything she basically said I was a child molester and there was several other people in the isle's close by. Then after dude kicks my headlight and kicks my car and dents up, chases me through the parking lot (in cars) Blocks me off calls the cops gets my tag, i then get away but go back to tell the cops my side of the story, and now I'm under investigation and the dollar general tapes are 'evidence' which will show i didnt do anything, and he will have to pay for my car.

I didnt do anything.... They are investigating the tapes which will show the bitch is crazy. I just want to know what i should do about the 'professional' employee who just bluntely came up to me and said what she did. I basically got called a child molester in front of other ppl before I was even aware of what the he ll was going on

If u were you I would sue them because they can't just accuse you and then chase you and harass and assault you so you can sue them and you can get some money just hire a lawyer and talk to them about it cause they can get in a lot of trouble for that so I say sue Tf out of them and make them pay for damages etc
