Hello, im currently on my phone saying that i keep getting a blue scree. When it starts up Windows, i cab enter on normal safemode, heres a picture of the blue ]

Please help,

you need to put in your windows installer disk and re install it, years of experience with that problem

most likely unless you have two Hard drives like how you have local disk C: if you have another one like D: you can install the windows on that one an boot that one up and open the path to your C: and drag all your stuff over then format your c: drive after

I can enter safemode though and allmy stuff is there?

wait if in save mode cant you put in the disc and then when its done delete the old windows

it will say old windows in c drive or at least it did on mine thou plz note this may not work that way

taken off the MS site. has the cause and possible solutions

a format/reinstall of windows is a last resort.
