Skull:20+ K/D
Skull + Knife: 80 - 100+ K/D
Skull + Dual Shotguns: 180 - 200+ K/D

If you exceed one of the requirements and still dont have your new emblem comment with your total kill to total downs and il help you out. Also time comes in to play but not time played its actually total kills, black ops expects a higher k/d if you have more kills since youve been playing zombies a lot more and are used to it.

I currently have the highest rank in zombies.
I have 16,924 kills with 368 Deaths, I don't know how to work out my K/D so I will just assume its your kills divided by deaths? Which would mean my K/D is 45? Even if this is not how you work out your K/D it still cant be right. The highest rank I ever had was the 5 strikes with blue eyes and then I did the Round Skip Glitch up to round 255 ( which didnt count towards leader boards) and then I had the double shotguns. I only had 10 kills that match. So how is it possible that the ranking system is based on kills? Doesn't seem right.

see that is one factor that comes into play cuz that like most people treyarch believes if you get to round 255 i dont care how or what you did you deserve to be the highest rank, insanely high rounds ranks you up as weve seen with the tranzit glitch

This is a good theory, but have you considered it may be rounds to downs ratio? That would make sense if people with very high rounds get it by doing round skip glitch. It may also be a number of these things all mixed in, there is just no way to know for sure.

Don't you think if your going to confirm something then you should look at all aspects of ranking up in zombies. Clearly just getting kills can no be right if I got mine just by getting a really high round. I do agree that kills come into play but not that much, obviously of coarse you wont rank up if you have say 30 kills, but there is no way it is based entirely off your K/D.

My reason is I play zombies a lot and get between 200 - 500 kills a game keep in mind I only go down at least 3-4 times each games some times I don't go down at all.

My opinion on how you rank up in zombies , its not how good you do it's how much you play

ive played at least one gme everyday if not more since it came out and im the skull with blue eyes. so it cant just be how much you play.

Well if its only off of kdr why ain't I got the zombie knife on my shield Iv got just under 20000 kills not sure how many deaths and I'm only on they one with blue eyes.

And plus its my own opinion like I posted so there's no need to be a dick about it

You should just change the title of your post because even you seem to be unclear of how to rank up properly.

i do understand whats so unclear k/d ratio simple as that try it out to maintain your rank or you will lose it eventually

kills 34035 / downs 918
what emblem I should have... answer and I will tell you if your ranking system is correct.

You can't rank up on easy; this goes for starting at round 15 as well.
