Would people be interested in that? I'm getting a capture car in the near future so maybe Skyrim but I loved morrowind and oblivion if I did one would you think people would watch it?

I don't think people would be interested in that try a different game for a play through.

I've seen quite a few views on both Skyrim and Oblivion LP's. If you already have subscribers it'll just make it that much easier for you, but getting noticed for your video out of everyone else's videos is going to be hard. Be unique and stand out from others you see; and try not to be quiet.

I would definitely watch it if you made a Morrowind LP. And is this for PC or console? If it's PC I'd recommend Fraps or something similar, nothing fancy is needed. Fraps is cheap and comes out good with rendering and doesn't bog down your framerates.

I think it's a good idea to be honest ill like to see some daggerfall gameplay.
