just bout a rgh off of 5kmodz he's legit
can some one tell me what is a nand

The NAND is where a lot of the information about the console is stored.
RGH and JTAG hacks allow the console to run a modded nand.

You will probably only need to worry about the nand when you are updating the dashboard.
Make sure you get a dump of your nand and keep that and a copy of your CPU key in a safe place ASAP.

Of course he is legit his shop is a sticky and he is a very trusted member plus he has completed many deals.
