Well, at our server, we all hate factions, but we like the ability to conquer land, we all love Towny, but hate not being able to take over land.

Does anyone know a plugin that's like towny, but with the ability to conquer towns and such?

Towny sucks in my opinion, the reason you stated is one of the reasons I don't like it.
