so ive been suspended because my paypal got deleted so i made a new one and put it in and it says payment option updated and we will take money out for xbox live gold and ive been waiting for like 2 days and when i sign in it just says suspended due to payment option ???

Looks like a glitch on one of there sides. Call up xbox support.

i had the exact same problem.You have to ring them up and they will tell you what to do.
They tell you that you have to buy a 3 month xbox live membership pre-paid card and put the code in. The reason this happend to you is because your account never actually paid for the xbox live so you must of got free membership since for a while and they just noticed.
