I think if you take them off of the news, they would happen less. These people want to show their pain and suffering, so they do it where everyone can see it. Since they are always on the news for the world to see, they are going to do it more often.

conspiracy theorists believe that this is just an excuse for Obama to officially ban all guns and start to amend gun laws.

I think that whatever causes someone too kill should be spotted and treated quickly.

That's what I mean. If these people show early signs then they should be treated then and if they go through with the crime they shouldn't be excused from what they have done and should face whatever penalty is given to them.
