I've checked on Dash Launch if Xboxlive block is enabled but it isn't it's disabled so that's not the problem either.

Wtf? weird.... Try resting the modem and than try.

Due what it says, it will work.

Reset the network settings on your Xbox 360 console to the defaults. Here's how:

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

Select Wired Network.

Select Configure Network.
Go to the Additional Settings tab, and then select Restore to Factory Defaults.

Select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults. This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.
Now, restart your console and test your Xbox LIVE connection. Here's how:

Restart your console.
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network.
Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox LIVE.

I hope your happy, considering you were just scammed.

You cannot get online with a jtagged console, and now that you have attempted to access XBL you effectivly have flagged your system for a ban.

Congrats
