Well i will be using this PSU for my HD Radeon 7950 Beast.

Witch one is more reliable ?

I'd avoid the Powercool unit because I can't find any info on it or even an OEM model.

That's a killer deal for a very high-quality unit.

Yeah, you could easily do that even on a quality 550w PSU. Antec is one of the good guys in the PSU business, too.
